My first go was a bit cr*ppy, as i only got 48 (quite far off your 106), but i'm gonna have another go after.
48 is good. My 106 was after a bit of practice. Try and find a system that will suit you, to help you with the countries. For example alphabetically, or continent to continent (thats what i do).
